Winter Travel

Students will be traveling home on Thursday, December 18, 2025.  If you have not received flight information by Friday, December 12, please contact Sarah Thies at Sarah.Thies@bie.edu.

Travel back to school is booked for Sunday, January 4, 2026.  Student itineraries will be provided via phone call from our travel staff the week of December 8-12, 2025.  No changes will be made to tickets that have already been purchased (see Parent Handbook, pg 46).

• Please make arrangements to get students to the airport as scheduled, 2 hours prior to their flight.  Do NOT rebook travel on your own - in the event of flight cancellations, please contact Sarah Theis at 503-882-3830 (NOTE NEW PHONE NUMBER).
• Students will have 1 prepaid bag under 50 lbs., check with specific airlines on carry on bag allowances and restrictions.
• Missing your flight more than 1 time will result in being put on the waiting list.
• If you are 18 or will turn 18 by May 15, you must have a Real ID.  Be sure to bring your updated Tribal Enrollment Card or other Real ID compliant state ID, as you will that to board the airplane.
